Michelle’s Obituary Kingston, NH: Michelle C. (Deschenes) Monty, 62, of Kingston, formerly of Lowell, MA and Danville, NH, died on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Exeter Center. Daughter of the late Raymond Deschenes and Dolores (Vigeant) Deschenes, she was born in Lowell, MA and attended St. Joseph’s High School in Lowell, a member of the Class of 1974, as well as attending the University of Lowell and Newbury College. Trained and skilled as a home care provider, Michelle worked for Senior Choice Home Care in Hampstead, NH for several years.

She also was self-employed providing everyday living services to the elderly in their homes. A Born Again Christian, Michelle loved all people and bible studies every week. An avid reader of non-fiction as well as an accomplished writer, Michelle also enjoyed good drama movies and music appreciation.

She also enjoyed walking in her neighborhood, sitting at Powwow Pond, and going out for chocolate marshmallow ice cream. In more recent years, she became a fan of skateboarding and extreme sports. Michelle will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son, Josh D. Monty of Kingston, sister, Rachel Deschenes of Dracut, as well as many nephews and nieces.

A memorial service for Michelle will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at Brookside Chapel and Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Plaistow, NH. In lieu of flowers, her family kindly asks for a donation in Michelle’s memory to the American Cancer Society, 2 Commerce Drive, #110, Bedford, NH 03110.
