Obituary of Michelle Mayfield Ms. Michelle Elyse Mayfield Matamoras, PA Michelle Elyse Mayfield of Matamoras, PA, died Sunday, December 23, 2018 at her home. She was 31. She was born February 6, 1987 in Port Jervis, NY the daughter of Michael H. and Marianne Deni Mayfield.

Michelle was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter and aunt. She had the biggest heart, was incredibly generous, and loved her family. She loved Christmas time because it meant getting to spend it with the people she loved.

Michelle made special friendships in Williamsport, PA, where she made a home for several years. They took her in with open arms and she inherited an instant second family. These friends were a very special part of her life.

Even through her illness, she always put others before herself. She had the most beautiful spirit and will be greatly missed” Surviving are: Her loving parents, Michael and Marianne Mayfield Her sister, Melissa Ann Irvine and her husband Aaron Nephew, Ayden Irvine Maternal Grandparents, Anton and Louise Deni Paternal Grandmother, Joan Voigt Uncles, William Mayfield Dennis Mayfield and his wife Tamara Aunt, Linda Shipman and her husband Ralph Her long time boyfriend, Shawn Pedersen Also many cousins and friends. Family and friends are invited to visit at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Inc., 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY 12771 on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 28, 2018 at 8pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 2451 Crystal Drive, Suite 900, Arlington, VA 22202. Funeral arrangements are by the GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis.
