Mona is survived by her husband, Paul Coats of Rapid City, SD; son, Christopher Menard, Jr. of Rapid City, SD; sisters, Belva (Larry Tasso) Janis of Miami, OK, Verna Crooked Eyes of Denver, CO, Patricia DuBray of Allen, SD, Michelle Janis of Denver, CO, and Bonnie Elk of Wounded Knee, SD; grandchild, Brielle Thunder Hawk of Rapid City, SD; special aunt, Edna Plenty Arrows of Allen, SD; adopted father, Charles Bruntlett of Rapid City, SD; mother-in-law, Janet Ash of Klamath Falls, OR; and father-in-law, Calvin Two Bears of Tacoma, WA.
