Myra Jane Fishburn, 48, of Bowling Green passed away Monday October 29, 2018 at the Medical Center of Bowling Green. She was the daughter of William Fishburn and the late Sylvia Crowley Fishburn. Myra was born in a US Army Hospital in Okinawa, Japan on February 19, 1970.

Myra was preceded in death by her mother, Sylvia Crowley Fishburn and her niece Danielle Mandy LaChance. She was an avid music lover, reader and a proud alumna of Western Kentucky University. Myra was a member of Delta Omicron Professional Music Fraternity and a proud veteran of the US Army.

Myra was loved and will be missed by all. She was well traveled and challenged others to be their best. Myra shared her laughter with the world.

She was survived by her father, William Fishburn, four sisters, Elizabeth Klatt (Steven), Jeannie LaChance (Steven), Ann Willis (Barry) and Willa Conlan (Wade), 4 nieces, 3 nephews, 1 great niece, 1 great nephew and 3 fur babies. A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Friday, November 2, 2018 at Lehman Avenue Church of Christ. Visitation at the church will be from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to a charity of your choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel.
