Martha Gayle Pearson Parrish, 65 of Roundhill passed away Thursday December 13, 2018 at the Medical Center of Bowling Green. She was the daughter of the late Harold and Dorothy Pearson. Martha was born in Bowling Green on December 7, 1953.

She was preceded in death by her brother Joe David Pearson and sister Kimberly Rose Pearson. Martha was a member of Aberdeen Baptist Church, where see taught Sunday School and often played the piano. She also played the piano at the Green River Boys Camp on Sunday mornings.

Martha is survived by her husband Floyd Parrish, daughter Heather Ann Cowan (Rob), four sisters Betty Thomas (David), Suzanne McLellan (Bobby), Debbie Shirley and Peggy Greathouse, two brothers Bobby Ray Pearson and Richey Pearson (LeeAnn), three grandchildren Faith Clark, Kassidy Cowan and Robbie Cowan, several nieces and nephews. Services will be 11:00 am Monday December 17, 2018 at J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel with burial to follow in the Plano Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be Sunday from 2:00 – 8:00 pm and Monday from 8:00 – 11:00 am.
