A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Born on October 3, 1966, in Alachua, Florida, she was the daughter of the Robert Ottis Garrison and Nancy Lou Powell Garrison.

She was a sales representative for Flower’s Bakery Store in Tifton and was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her husband, Lonny Salter of Omega; sons, David Matthew Bush of Micanopy, Florida, Shane Anthony Bush of Moultrie, and Carl Powell of Moultrie; stepson, Chance Dillon Salter of Norman Park; daughters, Christina Marie Gay and Melissa Powell, both of Moultrie; grandchildren, Dakota Kelley, Clayton Gay, and Nicholas Bubb; sisters, Nancy Padgett and husband Buddy of Starke, Florida, and Mary Jo White and husband Gary; and mother and father in law, Bonnie and Randall Salter; and her cat, radaR. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
