Obituary for Nancy J. Stant Nancy J. Stant, 76, of Delphos, passed away Monday morning, November 13, 2017 at Mercy Health-St. Rita’s, Lima. Her Family…. She was born July 16, 1941 in Lima to the late Edwin and Lucille (Mueller) Miller.

On August 29, 1959 she married Charles J. Stant, who preceded her in death on March 13, 2016. She is survived by a son, Charles (Kelly) Stant of Ft. Jennings; two daughters, Leah (Ed) Klima of Delphos and Jacqueline Radcliff of Texas; four grandchildren, Paul Klima, Christopher Klima, Kyle Klima and Lexie Stant; and numerous great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, John Miller. Her Legacy…. Nancy was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.

She had worked as head of housekeeping at Howard Johnson’s in Lima. She loved bird watching, cats and gardening. Nancy was a faithful military wife of her husband’s 23 year Navy career.

Her Farewell Services. … Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 16 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Weber Funeral Home, 1840 E. Fifth St., Delphos, where a Parish Wake Service will be held at 7:45 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or to St. John’s Church.
