Nancy’s Obituary Nancy Lou Kenyon age 83 of Ionia, MI passed away January 16, 2019. She was born on January 17, 1935 in Ionia the daughter of Forest and Golden (Ward) Hackett. Nancy married Wayne Kenyon on June 5, 1954 in Ionia, he passed away on January 5, 2017.

She was a volunteer at Commission on Aging for over 27 years. She attended First Christian Church in Ionia. Nancy loved to read, clean, gardening, flowers, camping, baking and shopping.

Surviving are her children Mark (Sue) Kenyon of Ionia, Chris (Deb) Kenyon of Ionia, Scott (Suzanne) Kenyon of Grand Rapids; grandchildren Stacy (Chris) Moore of Ionia, Kristina Kenyon of Ionia, Brad Kenyon of Ionia, Carrie Kenyon and Maurice Williams of Ionia, Stacey (Mark) Kamradt of Orleans, Kelly Edwards of Ionia; 15 great grandchildren and sister-in-law Marlene Kenyon of Orleans, special pet Micky. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Wayne, sister Janice (John) Erridge, brother-in-law Richard Kenyon, brother and sister-in-law Charles and Dorothy Fox. Funeral services will be held at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia on Monday, January 21st at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Kenneth Harger officiating.

Visitation will be Sunday from 3-6 p.m. Those wishing may make memorial contributions to Ionia Commission on Aging. Online condolences may be made at www.
