Nancy Sue Newton Littleton, 75, of Phenix City, AL passed away Thursday afternoon, January 24, 2019 at the Piedmont Regional Medical Center in Columbus, GA. Mrs. Littleton was born April 20, 1943 in Columbus, GA to the late Odell Newton and Frances Lillian Milner Cox. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother who loved her family deeply.

She enjoyed reading, and collecting relics, and artifacts, and she found joy and peace on the outside while watching the many beautiful birds and nature that surrounded her yard. She was a lady of simple grace and a Baptist by faith. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Brady Littleton, and a sister, Rebecca McLean.

She is survived by her children, Suzanne Ivey and husband Tim of Salem, AL, Trixie Dewberry and husband Frank of Salem, AL, and Roy Bass, II of Phenix City, AL; four siblings, Edith Arnold and husband Andy, Bill McCollister, Tracy Wilgis and husband James, and Mona Hodges, one granddaughter, Kristy Brown and husband Dustin and one precious great grandson, Braxton Brown, several nieces, nephews, extended family, and numerous friends. A private celebration of life memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at the home of Suzanne and Tim Ivey where she will be honored and remembered, always loved and never forgotten.
