Nellie’s Obituary Nellie Pickett Breedlove, 70, of Austin, went to be with the Lord peacefully in her home Saturday January 5, 2019 after a short illness. She was born September 18, 1948 in Asheboro, North Carolina to the late Johnnie and Rebecca Pickett. Nellie was married to her husband, Randy, for 50 years.

She was always proud to be called homemaker, mother, Granny and caregiver. Nellie was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Little Rock. During the many moves with Randy’s work, she taught numerous women’s bible studies and ministered to young mothers, as well as senior friends.

Nellie was always faithful to God’s Word and studied it daily. Survivors include her husband, Randy; son, Todd, his wife, Susan and their children Sidney, Madison and Davis of Unionville, North Carolina; son, Kevin, his wife, Cheryl and their children Abigail, John Thomas, Sarah, Joshua, Caleb, Gideon, Lydia, Peter, Eli, Seth, Timothy and Ruth of Austin; and sister, Martha Pickett and husband, Edgell Pyles of Carbondale, Colorado. Services will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Moore’s Funeral Home in Cabot.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Memorials in Nellie’s name may be made to Covenant Presbyterian Church (PCA), 1 Covenant Drive, Little Rock, AR 72211. Arrangements are under the direction of Moore’s Cabot Funeral Home (501)843-5816.
