Obituary of Nicholas Fisanich WALLINGFORD – Nicholas Fisanich, 96, of Wallingford, formerly of Milford, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 14, 2018, at the Skyview Center in Wallingford. He was the beloved husband of the late Carolyne Lea Fisanich. Nicholas was born on December 19, 1921 in Spangler, PA, to the late Theodore and Anna (Checkon) Fisanich.

He served his country honorably in the United States Army, and later worked as a Fireman for Connecticut Light and Power from which he retired. Nicholas was an avid fan of the New England Patriots. Nicholas will be missed by his one daughter: Denise Chandler-Camp and husband Paul of Wallingford; two sons: Gary Gray Sr. and his wife Jacqueline of West Haven, Robert Gray of FL; his grandchildren: Austin Chandler and his fiance Becca Johnson, Barrett Chandler, Gary Gray Jr., and Nicholas Gray; and numerous great-grandchildren.

He is also survived by his three brothers: Frank Fisanich, Steve Fisanich, and George Fisanich. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, June 22, 2018 at the B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 South Elm St., in Wallingford. Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation from 5:00 – 7:00 PM prior to the memorial service.
