Taft – Nicky Lee Sandoval passed away October 13, 2018. He was 25. He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on October 17, 1992 to Marta (Martinez) and Juan Jose Espinoza, Jr. Nicky was a lifelong resident of Taft, Texas and was employed by Coastal Bend Ice Inc. in Port Aransas, Texas.

Preceding in death are his brothers: Jeremy Sandoval and Juan Jose Sandoval, III; grandfathers: Juan Jose Espinoza, Sr. and Domingo Martinez, Sr. Survivors include his parents: Juan Jose and Marta Espinoza of Taft, Texas; brother: Justin Sandoval of Taft, Texas; sister: Tiffany Sandoval of Taft, Texas; grandmothers: Amalia Martinez of Taft, Texas and Eulalia “Lala” Sandoval of Taft, Texas. Visitation will be held at 5:00 PM, October 19, 2018 at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel in Sinton, Texas. A rosary will be held the same evening, 7:00 PM, at the funeral home.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Immaculate Conception Church, Taft. Burial will follow in Taft Memorial Cemetery, Taft. Guestbook available online at www.
