He was born on March 1, 1970 in Raymondville, Texas, son of Francisco and Manuela (Ambriz) Castillo. Noel is preceded in death by his brother, Frank Castillo.

He is survived by his parents and his brother, Jose Castillo. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 followed by a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Duddlesten Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Duddlesten Funeral Home on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Raymondville Memorial Cemetery, Raymondville, Texas.
