Patrice’s Obituary Patrice A. Lewandoski, 61 formerly of Carteret passed away Thursday Jan 17th at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital, New York. Born in Perth Amboy, Patrice lived in Carteret for many years before moving to Freehold. She was an benefit specialist and account manager for Triton Benefits & HR Solution in Woodbridge for many years.

Patrice was member of St. Demetrius Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, Carteret. She is predeceased by her parents Nicholas and Joanne Wasylyk. Patrice is survived by her loving son Nicholas of Freehold, devoted brother John Wasylyk and his wife Julie of Rutherford, cherished niece Kaitlin Cuccinelli and her husband Ryan, and her cousin Carolyn Kinelski.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 10:00am from the CHUBENKO FUNERAL HOME 625 Port Reading Ave. , Port Reading followed by a 10:30 Funeral Liturgy at St. Demetrius Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, Carteret with interment to follow at Clover Leaf Cemetery, Woodbridge. Visitation will be Monday 4pm to 8pm at the funeral home.
