Patricia Ann Smith, 68 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Tuesday March 5, 2019 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital in New Albany, IN. She was born on June 4, 1950 in Shelbyville, KY to Elmer Robert and Oma Earl Tines Bryant. She graduated Ivy Tech with and associates degree and spent most of her working life in the retail or service industries.

Survivors include her sons Jeff Harris of Louisiana, MO and Todd Harris of Charlestown; daughter Alicia Gardner of Marysville, IN step daughters Amy and Tracy; her brother Larry Dean Bryant of Edgewater, FL, and 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dale Smith, and a sister Darlene Poulton. Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 9, 2019 at 11:00am at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown.
