Obituary for Ms. Patricia Ann Rother Rother – Patricia Ann Rother, age 76, of Orange Park, Florida passed away on June 1, 2018 at the Avante Center in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Patricia was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania on April 25, 1942 to the late Ralph Rosko and Rosemary Burns Rosko. She has been a residence of Orange Park for the past 15 years after relocating from Virginia.
Patricia enjoyed her longtime career as a Clerk specializing in Telecommunications. When she wasn’t working, Patricia was a Tap Dance Instructor and loved dancing. She was an avid reader who enjoyed playing games, crossword puzzles, and watching television game shows like Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy.
She also enjoyed watching football and baseball, especially her favorite teams, the Washington Redskins and Baltimore Orioles. Patricia was Catholic by faith and more than anything, she loved her family. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Patricia is survived by her loving son, Jeff (Susan) Rother of Jacksonville, FL; her brothers, Jerry Rosko of Maryland, Barry Rosko of Middleburg, FL, and Mike Rosko of Virginia; her sister, Nancy Livingston of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Jonathan Hansen and Chelsea Koser; and her great grandchildren, Marshall, Landon, Cora, and Savannah. A Celebration of Patricia’s Life will be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Beaches Memorial Park Chapel with Father Rafael Lavilla officiating. Interment will follow at Beaches Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the chapel.
