Patricia Jean Collinsworth, 72 of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 9, 2019 at New Beginnings Fellowship Church with Rev. Brad McDaniel officiating.

Patricia was born December 1, 1946 to Grover Clyde Bolton and Ruby Aileen Holland in Dothan, Alabama. She was a member of New Beginnings Fellowship Church, enjoyed reading sewing and Alabama football. In addition to her husband, Ernest Steve Collinsworth and her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Sharon Parker.

Surviving are her 4 children, Rhonda Parker (Dwayne), Charles Parker, Jr. (Brandi), Lori Kern (Teddy), Krystle Parker (Wayne); 10 grandchildren, Michael Fortune, Ashley & Amber Alsterlund, Mathew & Emily Talbot, Brandi Boutwell, Haylee & Hannah Parker, Zachary Smith, Connor O’Boyle; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Phyllis Moon, Joan McKay; several nieces, nephews & cousins.
