Obituary for Patricia Link Patricia Link, 62, of Swannanoa went home to be with the Lord unexpectedly on December 31, 2018. Patricia was a Teacher Assistant and Title One Reading Assistant for W.D. Williams Elementary School for over 20 years. Her biggest joy in life was her granddaughter, Isabella.

Patricia gave selflessly to help provide for her daughter, Madison and granddaughter, Isabella. She loved watching Isabella play soccer and their walks together at the lake. She could spend hours reading a book and loved to write poetry.

The most influential person in her life was her mother, Virginia Bucy. Patricia enjoyed Sunday lunch together with her family and any special time spent with them. Patricia is survived by her mother, Virginia Bucy; daughter, Madison Link; granddaughter, Isabella Price; brothers, Steven Bucy (Lenna) and Richard Bucy (Barbie); father of her daughter, Joseph Link; nieces, Ashley Bucy and Alicia Mayer; and great nieces, Hudson Dropkin and Lillian Mayer.

A celebration of life service will be held Monday, January 7, 2019 at 5:00 pm at Harwood Home for Funerals. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service time at the funeral home. To send flowers to the family of Patricia Link, please visit our Heartfelt Sympathies Store.
