Patricia Lynn (Benefiel) Woodard, 59, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital surrounded by her family. Patricia was born in Harlan County, Kentucky on June 4, 1959 to William and Virginia Lee (Noe) Benefiel. She was a very giving person who enjoyed taking care of her friends and family more than anything.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband of 31 years, John David Woodard in 2016; mother; sister, Yvonne Poole; and brothers, John Charles Benefiel, Sr., Bobby Junior “B.J.” Benefiel and Ronnie Eugene Benefiel.

A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, January 14, 2018 at Oakhill Baptist Church, 4615 Oak Hill Rd. , Evansville, IN 47711. Memorial contributions may be made to Oakhill Baptist Church, 4615 Oak Hill Rd.
