Patricia Sprang, 75, of Kansas City, MO, went to be with her Lord and Savior, on Saturday, May 12, 2018. She was born January 10, 1943 in Kansas City, Kansas to the late William and Ernestine (Pennel) Head. Patricia was the rock of the family who took on everyone’s stress, pain, fear and worries and somehow always made everything right.

She loved unconditionally no matter what and her family was her life. She was very meticulous and organized; She was a huge Elvis Presley fan and enjoyed wintering in Arizona. she was such an incredible woman and an even better Wife and Mother.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her especially her husband of 54 years, Jim Sprang; daughter Brenda Patterson, son Michael (Julie) Sprang, grandchildren Jacob, Josh, Julian, Breia, Alisha, C.J., Kevin and Scotty; sisters Roxanne, Debbie, Denise and Melinda; and many extended family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, May 17, 2018, from 10 AM until time of service at 11 AM at Terrace Park Funeral Home, 801 NW 108th St. (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek) Kansas City, MO. Interment will follow at Terrace Park Cemetery.
