Obituary for Patricia Theresa Bugenhagen Patricia T. Bugenhagen, age 66, of Sweetwater, formerly of Sweetwater, passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at Ft. Loudon Medical Center, in Lenoir City. Preceded in death by her parents: Arthur and Patricia Heltz.

Survivors include her husband: Ron Bugenhagen, of Sweetwater, 4 daughters: Kelley, Karla, Sarah, and Tracy. 6 grandchildren, brother: Marty Heltz, sister: Kathy Olsen, both of New York, several nieces and nephews. The family will conduct a memorial service at a later date.
