Obituary for Iva Pearl Knox Iva “Pearl” Knox, age 77, of Philadelphia, passed away on Monday, November 26, 2018. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Philadelphia for over 50 years, where she was an avid member of the U.M.W. Preceded in death by her husband: George W. Knox, father and mother: James “Dash” and Gladys “June” Stephens, brother: Sam Stephens, sisters: Susie Ledford, Jean Barwick, and Wanda Lee. Survivors include her children: Bryan Knox, of Philadelphia, Kathy Harold, of Loudon, Robin and Cecil Jaynes, Jimmy and Carol Knox, and Darlene Knox, all of Philadelphia, sisters: Frances Burnette, Jewell Frye, Judy Dixson, brothers: Jack, Wayne, and Eddie Stephens.

10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Kyker Funeral Homes, Sweetwater, from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 P.M. in Kyker’s Chapel with Rev. Bill Faulkner officiating.
