Patrick’s Obituary Funeral services for Mr. Patrick Kevin Hale, Sr. will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2019, at Union Hill Baptist Church, Montgomery, with Reverend Scott Tilton officiating. Interment will follow in Union Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville. Mr. Hale, 58, of Florien, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 in his residence.

He was the “Bug Man” for Sabine Parish for over fifteen years and was a fabulous musician and singer. He enjoyed playing the guitar, bass and drums and teaching music to his granddaughter. He also enjoyed being with his family and football, football, football!

! ! He is preceded in death by his father, Huey Hale.

Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include his loving wife of eighteen years, Shirley Hagan Hale, of Florien; two sons, Patrick Hale, Jr., of Lake End and J.D. Fridge, of Baton Rouge; one daughter, Taylor Robertson and her husband, Philip, of Winnfield; his mother, Ernestine Hale, of Montgomery; three sisters and one brother and one grandchild, Bailey Robertson, of Winnfield. Visitation will be held at Union Hill Baptist Church, Montgomery, on Saturday, March 2, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Pallbearers honored to serve are: Philip Robertson, Chris Robertson, Jackie Frantom, Erikk Sluss, Ridge Sluss and Marty Rollinson.
