Patsy (Rodeheaver) Strahin, 82 of Fellowsville, formerly of Albright, died February 25, 2019 in Fellowsville at the home of her daughter and son in-law Patty (Strahin) Markley and spouse Ronnie. She was born November 2, 1936 in Fayette Co. PA, a daughter of the late Josiah (Joe) and Hazel (Rankin) Rodeheaver. She worked several years with the Preston County Seniors Center where she helped care for the elderly in their homes.

She loved visiting and talking with friends and family. She truly never met a stranger. She has been a member of the Albright Baptist Church for many years.

In addition to her daughter she is survived by her sister, JoAnn Shay; Ida Loughry and spouse, Sam all of Newburg; Betty Casteel of Corinth and Peggy Cramer and spouse, Tom of Terra Alta; her brothers, Marvin Rodeheaver and spouse, Mary of Albright; Ben Rodeheaver and spouse, Thelma of Kingwood and Michael Rodeheaver of Albright; several nieces and nephews; six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Melvin in 2006; her sons, Melvin Junior in 1996 and Joey in 2005; a daughter, Shirley (Strahin) Friend in 2017 and two sisters, Wanda Rodeheaver and Linda Funk. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 2pm in the Albright Baptist Church, in Albright, with Pastor Joe Lamm officiating.

Cremation services were provided by Browning Funeral Home.
