Obituary for Mr. Patterson Williams Jr Mr. Patterson Williams, Jr. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, October 19, 2018 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Grand Coteau, LA, for Mr. Patterson Williams, Jr., 77, who entered eternal rest, Saturday, October 13, 2018 at The Carpenter House in Lafayette, LA. Interment will be in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Cemetery.

Left to cherish his memories; his wife Marie Jeanette Taylor- Williams; two daughters, Sharon Marie Williams (Carlos) and Anita Ann Williams; three grandsons, Patrick Singletary, Dontravious Hallcy and Marques Butler; two granddaughters, Amory Singletary and Kimble Hallcy; two great granddaughters, Teyler Johns and Kennedy Gilchrist; five brothers, Wallace L. Williams of Dolton, IL, Kenneth Williams of Belzoni, MS, Erick Williams of Greenville, MS, Robert Williams (Kimberly) of Yazoo City, MS, Milton R. Williams, of Belzoni, MS, nine sisters, Catherine W. Tardy of Belzoni, MS, Linda L.W. Marshall of Inverness, MS, Blanchia A. Williams of Isola, MS, Caruthia W. Pope (Fletcher) of Belzoni, MS, Dora L.W. Gowdy (Herman) of Belzoni, MS, Terrance A.W. Frizell (Charlie Jr.) Louise W. Wallace of Franckfort, IL, Ethel L.W. Pittman of Hammond, IL and Patricia (Cleveland) Mitchner of Fort Pierce, FL; one sister-in-law, Elaine S. Taylor of Baton Rouge, LA; a special nephew, Charles (Mary) Hunt of Austin, TX, one Godson, Reggie Fontenot; one Goddaughter, Toni J. Thornton; and a host of relatives, nieces, nephews and friends. Preceding him in death are his parents, Patterson Williams, Sr. and Minnie Harris Hurvey; two step-mothers, Mary Emma Williams of Chicago, IL and Alberta Williams of Belzoni, MS; two brothers; Curtis Lee Williams of Belzoni, MS and Willie L. Williams of Chicago, IL; three sisters, Marcia L. Williams of Belzoni, MS, Carolyn W. Scott of Hartford, CT and Celia Hunt, of Fort Pierce, FL. Visiting hours will be observed from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Friday, October 19, 2018 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
