Kuzma, Paul L., 84, Johnstown, passed away after a long courageous battle from chronic illness September 22, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. Born October 15, 1933 in Johnstown, son of the late John and Mary (Podbensek) Kuzma. Preceded in death by brothers, Edward, William and Alvin; and sister, Margaret Bevec.

Survived by loving wife, Paula S. (Wakefield) Kuzma, Johnstown; daughter, Daun and husband Robert Boyle and their daughters; sister, Alice Kuzma, Richland; and numerous nieces and nephews. Paul was also survived by strangers that became his family including, Sue, Judy, Amy, Sierra, Walt and Frank from Conemaugh Hospice; Debbie, The Jen’s and Cindy from VA Homebased Care Program. Paul was a retired welder from Bethlehem Steel Corp.

, his legacy in Johnstown is to be remembered that he was a gifted plasterer. He was a proud participant of a trial study for Aortic Valve Replacement which will help future participants. Paul was a native son of Lorain Boro.

In his younger life, he was a professional wrestler named “Orchid Boy” and his interests included, attending auctions, tending to his garden, his coffee group and was an avid story teller. Paul was a U.S. Army Veteran and a life member of St. Anne Catholic Church, Moxham. Family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept.

25th, at Moskal & Kennedy Colonial Funeral Home, 219 Ohio St. Johnstown, where vigil service will be held. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26th, at St. Anne Catholic Church, Fr.

Bernard Karmanocky, OFM. Committal at Grandview Cemetery with military rites by VFW Post 155.
