Sara L. (Boyer) McClain, 98, Johnstown, died September 11, 2018 at Westmont Woods. Born July 21, 1920 in Johnstown, daughter of Wesley L. and Ethel (Peters) Boyer. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Warren McClain; son, Warren P. McClain Jr.; grandson, James Weber Jr.; brother, Wesley (Bud) Boyer Jr. and sister, Ruth age 2.

Survived by children; June wife of James Weber, Shirley wife of Dr. Wayne Boring, Janet McClain; brother Don Boyer; eight grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren; dearest friend Betty Griffith and husband Jack. Member of Roxbury St. Pauls United Methodist Church. Friends will be received Monday from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 1:30 pm at JOHN HENDERSON COMPANY FUNERAL HOME, 215 Central Ave.
