Paul William “Paul Willie” “Snoopy” Sine, 84, of Winchester, VA died on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at the Winchester Medical Center. Paul was born on November 24, 1933 in Wardensville, WV, the son of the late William H. and Minnie L. Tharp Sine. He worked as a heaving equipment operator for William A. Hazel Construction Company and also 60+ years as an iron worker, welding & pipe fitting.

Judd of Middletown, VA; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and his special fury friend: Dookie. He is preceded in death by two sisters: Ebba Keller and Lillian Heishman.

A funeral service will be held at the Loy-Giffin Funeral Home in Wardensville, WV on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 7:00 PM. Officiating will be Steve Miller, Minister. Inurnment will be in the Wardensville Cemetery at a later date.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wardensville Cemetery Association, C/O Marsha Rudolph, PO Box 158, Wardensville, WV 26851.
