Pauline’s Obituary Ms. Pauline Elvia Sargent passed from this life on January 17, 2019 in LaSalle General Hospital following a brief illness. Ms. Pauline enjoyed a vast array of hobbies. She enjoyed fishing, playing cards (rook), her church family, and certainly her cherished family and grandchildren.

She was known for her love of people and her sunny disposition in life. Those left to cherish her memory and mourn her loss are her son Donnie Sandifer and wife Marlyn, of Jena Louisiana, her grandchildren, Cody Hickman (Heath) of Alexandria Louisiana, Tammie Sandifer, of Vidalia Louisiana, Daryl Lincoln, of New Boston Texas, and Stacey Lefebvre (Donnie) of Jonesville Louisiana. She is preceded in death by her first Husband Edwin L. Sandifer, second husband, Ben Sargent, son, James W. Sandifer, brother, J.D. Maxwell, sister in law, Joubert Maxwell, mother, Hattie Delaney Maxwell, and father, Henry Maxwell.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Donnie Lefebvre, Tyler Sandifer, Cameron Boyette, Ryan Muse, Gerald Norris, and Heath Hickman. Visitation will be held at Kinner & Stevens Funeral Home on Friday January 18, 2019 from 5PM until 8PM. Services will be held in the chapel of Kinner & Stevens Funeral Home on Saturday January 19, 2019 at 2PM with Rev.

Daniel Breithaupt officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Cemetery of Fishville Louisiana under direction of Kinner & Stevens Funeral Home.
