Malcolm’s Obituary Mr. Malcolm Doyle Poole passed from this life on January 09, 2019 in Alexandria Louisiana at Christus St. Francis Cabrini Hospital following a brief illness. Mr. Poole was born November 10, 1943 to the union of Pleas Humble and Sadie Bell Poole of Jena Louisiana. He was retired, also loved and enjoyed his family and grandchildren.

He will be greatly missed. Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory are his wife, JoAnn Poole, two sons, Edwin and wife Khristi, Steve and wife Christina. One daughter, Missy Amyx and husband Sid, one brother, Cleveland Poole and wife Zella.

His loving grandchildren Adrien and Art Veloz, Dewey Amyx and fiancé Erin, Ethan and Haley Poole, Garrett Poole, Nathan Poole, and Emily Poole. Mr. Poole is preceded in death by his parents, and one sister Joan Sweeney. Visitation will be held at Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 12:00PM until 2:00PM.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM in the chapel of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Keene officiating. A private family burial will be held at a later time.

Memorials can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or The American Heart Association.
