Jerry’s Obituary Mr. Jerry Dane Wilbanks of Katy Texas passed from this life on Friday February 15, 2019 in Katy Memorial Hospital of Katy Texas. Mr. Jerry was a construction contractor during his working career. Jerry was a bright spirited soul full of laughter and energy.

He was loved by everyone who came in contact with him even for a few moments. He was a devoted husband and family man. Those left to Cherish his memory and mourn his loss are his wife, Virginia Wilbanks, his son, Joshua Albert Wilbanks, his mother and step-father, Bonnie Sue and Clarence Hernandez, step-mother, Tess Wilbanks Hamilton, sister, Christa Wilbanks, brother, Robert Wilbanks.

Jerry is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Earl Wilbanks, grandparents, Chester and Bernice Floyd, and Dorothy and Finis Wilbanks. Those honored to serve as Pallbearers are Brent Floyd, Stacey Floyd, Kerry Lee Girlinghouse, Breard Milner, Conley Floyd, and Robert Wilbanks. Visitation for Jerry will be in the Chapel of Kinner & Stevens Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 from 1:00PM until 2:00PM.

Services will also be in the Chapel of Kinner & Stevens Funeral Home at 2:00PM on Wednesday, February 20, 2019, with interment to follow in Woodland Cemetery of Jena Louisiana.
