Pauline was born May 10, 1937 in Bristow, Oklahoma to Leo Edward Dotson and Susette (Applegate) Dotson. On July 6, 1984, she married Tommy Max Neal and they made their home in Strang, Oklahoma.

Pauline was a seamstress making clothing in a factory setting. Pauline is survived by her husband Max of the home; son Ronnie Hutchinson and his wife Jennie of Catoosa, Oklahoma and step-son Mike Neal; Daughter Betty Myers of Inola, Oklahoma and step-daughter Anita Foster; sisters Bertha Jean Chasteen of Inola, Oklahoma, and Carolyn Walker of Perry, Oklahoma; grandchildren Jerry Hutchinson, Valerie Hutchinson, Billy Joe Turner and his wife Jamie, Joseph Lincoln and his wife Lisa, Shelly Renee Bell and her husband Jason, Amy Marie Floch and her husband Josh, Seth Douglas Moore, Marissa Sanstevan, and Lawrence Sanstvan; great-grandchildren Nakeisha, Audra, Kobe, Travis, Lillian, Jonathan, Ethan, Abby, Charlie Jo, Beau, Whitlee, and Gabe. Pauline was preceded in death by brothers Harley Edward Dotson, Ray Dean Dotson and Larry Jimmy Dotson; sisters Betty Jo Dotson and Edna Mae Walker.
