Obituary for Peggy Ann Butler Peggy Ann Butler, 58 year old resident of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, died March 18, 2018, at Circle of Life Hospice, Springdale, Arkansas. Born May 12, 1959, in Jefferson City, Missouri, she was the daughter of Earl Dean Jenks and Carrie Stringer Jenks. Peggy married Jimmy Butler on October 27, 1989 and was of Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Larry and James Jenks and one grandson Conner Adame. Survivors include her husband Jimmy of the home; daughters Cassie Webster and husband Jimmy of Sallisaw, Oklahoma and Saundra Adame and husband Eddie of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; son Robey Butler of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; 10 grandchildren; sisters Wanda Nickleson of Inola, Oklahoma, Donna Humbyrd of Jay, Oklahoma, Betty Mackey of Colcord, Oklahoma and Judy Van Dyke of Colcord, Oklahoma; brothers Ronnie Jenks of Gentry, Arkansas, Tommy Jenks of Rose, Oklahoma, Roger Jenks of Colcord, Oklahoma and Keith Jenks of Seneca, Missouri. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 22, 2018, at Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

Burial will follow at Falling Springs Cemetery, Decatur, Arkansas. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Peggy Ann Butler please visit our Sympathy Store.
