Lake City, CO-Peter William Meub, 43, formerly of Boardman, died unexpectedly on September 22, 2018. Peter was born in Youngstown on April 21, 1975, a son of Walter Meub III and Wendy Evans Meub. Peter attended elementary school at Sewickley Academy when the family lived in Pittsburgh.

Upon the family’s relocation to Boardman, Peter attended Boardman local schools, graduating from Boardman High School in 1994. Peter spent his junior year at Valley Forge Military Academy in Wayne, Pennsylvania. After graduation, he continued his education and attended Youngstown State University.

Peter owned and operated Meub Masonry and Construction in Lake City for twelve years before joining Nabors Energy in Wiliston, North Dakota in 2018. Peter was a lifelong Pittsburgh Steelers fan, a Howard Stern enthusiast, and the life of every party. Peter will be remembered by all for his excellent sense of humor, his quick wit, and his incredible work ethic.

In addition to his parents of Boardman, Peter leaves to love him forever his sister, Atty. Janet K. Meub of Pittsburgh and brother, Robert W. Meub of Boardman. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter and Jean Morrall Meub and William and Phyllis Brawn Evans.

A private service will be held for the family and interment will take place at Lake Park Cemetery in Youngstown. Memorial tributes may take the form of contributions to Angels for Animals, 4750 W. South Range Rd. , Canfield, OH 44406, in honor of Peter who was a dog lover and leaves behind Watts, his black lab.
