He was predeceased by his parents, William and Charlotte Bielefeld; 2 sisters; son, Jimmy Swearengin; grandchildren, Jessica and Matthew Swearengin.

Phil is survived by loving wife, of 31 years and 2 days, Lorene Bielefeld; children, Debbie (John) Fissell, Phillip Bielefeld II, Steve (Tammy) Swearengin, Craig (Yasmin) Swearengin, Richard (Cynthia) Swearengin, Paul (Veronica) Swearengin; 16 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson, as well as other loving family. A visitation will be Sunday, from 4- 6 pm and the funeral will be Monday, June 18, 2018 at 11 am, all at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City.
