Phyllis Anne Opalat November 05, 1930 – October 15, 2018 Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries| Send Sympathy Card Phyllis Anne Opalat, 87, formerly of Tully passed away Monday Oct. 15. She was a graduate of SU, communicant of St. Leo’s Church, and former Tax Collector for Tully.

She was a volunteer for Tully Historical Society and WCNY. She was named Tully citizen of the year. She was predeceased by her husband Dr. Stephen Opalat Jr

She is survived by her son, Stephen (Sherrie) Opalat; her daughter, Denise Greiner; grandchildren, Amanda (Torben) Higuchi, Amelia Dix and Nikolis Comstock; two great grandchildren, Abbie & Mareo Higuchi and her grand dog, Jed. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Sat. Oct.

27 at 10am in St. Leo’s Church, Tully. Contributions may be made to the Tully Historical Society.
