Memorial services for Priscilla “Saline” Skaggs Williams, 77, of Gilmer, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, February 22, 2019, in the Chapel of McWhorter Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 P.M. before the service.

Saline was born February 1, 1942, to Frank Skaggs and Alma Maxine Woolsey Skaggs, in Kilgore, Texas, and passed away February 15, 2019, in Gilmer, Texas. She married Herman Leo Williams Sr. on April 12, 1963, and he preceded her in death. She is survived by her son, Herman Leo Williams, Jr. of Gilmer; daughter, Joyce Miller and her husband, Chris, of Gladewater; brothers, Franks Skaggs, Jr. and his wife, Sherry and Johnny Mack Skaggs; sisters, Donna Bryant, and her husband, Paul, Mary Webster, and her husband, Paul, Cindy O’Connor, and her husband, Darrell, and Tammy Aikens, and her husband, David.

She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Herman Leo Williams, Sr.; and by her sisters, Billie Mae Morgan and Kathryn Rhodes. Please visit Saline’s on-line registration book at www.
