Hartselle Funeral service for R.C. “Pete” Westbrook, Jr. , 69, will be Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ralph Henderson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Valhermoso Holiness Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 1, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home. Mr. Westbrook died on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at his residence. He was born August 16, 1948, in Rankin County, MIssissippi, to R.C. Westbrook, Sr. and Louise Stuart Westbrook.

He was a Retail Business and Store manager for Winn Dixie and for Racetrac Petroleum prior to retirement. He was a Vietnam Veteran, where he served in the United States Army. Mr. Westbrook was a Baptist in his faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter: Aleigha Dawn Westbrook. Survivors include : his Wife, Koneta Westbrook Two Sons: Cameron Lee Westbrook (Stacy) and his children: Payton, Kaleb, Malyah Westbrook, and Jonathan Colby Westbrook (Cynthia) and his children: Braxton and Carson Westbrook One Daughter: Wyndi Rebekah Westbrook Heflin (Todd) and her children: Maximus, Titus and Zady Heflin. One Brother: Kenneth Dale Westbrook (Cherry) Three Sisters: Betty Westbrook Rhodes (Jimmy), Catherine Westbrook Tagart and Sarah Westbrook Stewart (Billy) Pallbearers will be Justin Blackwell, Chad Wilson, Sammy Westbrook, Kurt Rhodes, Coy D. Brown and Shayna Bond.
