Ramon Cortes of Aguadilla Puerto Rico passed away on July 26th peacefully surrounded by his family. Devoted father of Jasmin, Ray and Daniella Cortes. Adored Abuelo of Julian Torres.

Loving brother to 6 sisters and 4 brothers Son of late Lucia Torres Soltren Also survived by many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. Music moved his soul, He was the proudest Puertorican you ever met, his kids and grandson were his world and he knew everything you needed to know about baseball and basketball. He was a die-hard Boston sports fan and always had the latest newspaper.

He was a simple man and had an amazing heart and if he had 5 dollars he would keep 1 and give you 4. He will be more than missed. Family and friends will honor Ramon’s life on Tuesday July 31st from 4:00PM to 7:00PM in the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home 971 Saratoga St. (Orient Heights) East Boston.

Cremation services after visiting will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Ramon to ”Miracle Babies” as his grandson Julian is a surviving Miracle Baby. www.
