Obituary for Randall Hutchison Randall Jay “Hutch” Hutchison, 58, of Shippensburg, departed this life in the early morning of Saturday, September 22, 2018. He was born on June 30, 1960, in Lewistown, a son of the late Paul E. and Frances M. Gingerich Hutchison. Hutch was a 1978 graduate of Shippensburg High School.

He married his companion of nineteen years, Kathy Jean, on July 28, 2018. Hutch owned and operated his own business for the last five years, Hutch-n-Son Sudz, which serviced tap systems for restaurants and bars. In the past, he worked in the roofing industry for thirty two years.

Hutch was a member of the Hub City Club, Minnequa Social Club, Durff-Kuhn V.F.W., and Oscar M. Hykes American Legion, all of Shippensburg; and was a huge fan of Philadelphia sports teams. In addition to his wife, Kathy Jean, he is survived by his son, Brandon Todd Hutchison of Shippensburg; step-daughter, Lacey Jo (fiance’ Michael Stoudt) Gorman of West Virginia; brother, Stephen Paul (Paulette) Hutchison of Oaklahoma; two sisters, Karen (Dwayne) and Donna (Jerry); four nephews, Jason, Tyler, Gavin, and Logan; and a niece, Ashley. In addition to his parents, Hutch was preceded in death by an infant brother, Todd.

A private graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, September 28, 2018, in the Spring Hill Cemetery. There will be no public viewing or visitation.
