Randall Robert Payne July 14, 1954 ~ January 9, 2019 On January 9th, 2019, God decided to open the doors to welcome home our Dad and friend. He now will be able to rest high on the mountain, where he always wanted to be. Randy was born on a hot July day in Ogden, Utah to Bob and Velma Payne.

They raised him there, and later graduated from Ogden High School. He began work as an engineer at Hill Air Force Base in 1972, where he later retired 37 years later. During this time, he met and married Roxanne Allen.

They welcomed four children, Shane, Cody, Travis, and Miranda. He and Roxanne later divorced. He is a great man, even better Dad, and the most loving Grandpa.

Randy is survived by his children, Shane (Carma), Travis (Carnia), and Miranda; and three grandchildren, Hailey, Tristan, and Kade. He is proceeded in death by his son Cody, and parents. Honoring Randy’s request, no services will be held.

He only asked that everyone enjoy life to the fullest. En lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate the consideration of a donation to a memorial fund In Randall’s name, at any America First Credit Union.
