Our loving, kind, thoughtful mother, grandmother and friend, passed away January 7, 2019 surrounded by family at the age of 92. June was born June 17, 1926 in Kaysville, Utah to Don Allen and Phoebe Rushforth Weaver. She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

June married Duane Staker Nalder on May 25, 1955 in San Antonio, Texas. Together they had three children, Brad, Leslie and Blake. They later divorced.

She married James Franklin Hayes on October 28, 1983. She enjoyed traveling, dancing and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed many years of employment at HAFB.

June is survived by her children, Brad (Kami) Nalder, Leslie (Don) Petersen, four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, with another great-grandchild on the way. She is also survived by two brothers, Travis (Beverly) Weaver and Duane (Kae) Weaver. Preceded in death by her husband Jim, son Blake, parents, siblings, C.J., Rex, Brent, Don, Joan Sandall, Wilson and Merrillie.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 14, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main. Friends may visit family Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
