Beloved son, treasured brother, special uncle and friend, Randy James Mews, age 63, passed away on Friday, February 1, 2019 in Marshall, Texas. Randy was born on July 5, 1955 in Marshfield, Wisconsin to Robert Roger Mews and Bernadine Josephine (Radke) Mews. Randy is preceded in death by his father, Robert Roger Mews and his brother-in-law, Larry Panzer.

He is survived by his mother, Bernadine Mews; siblings, Brenda Hintz (Lad), Robert Mews (Nancy), Bonetta Praeger (Al), Bonnie Lobner (John), Beth Brunner (Craig), Batina Panzer and Rendel Mews (Lori). He is also survived by his best friends, Brad Berning, Jerry Ashcraft, Bill Siebert and numerous nieces, nephews and additional family members. Randy was artistic, creative and gave freely of his time and attention without hesitation.

Randy will be missed by all who knew him and will be remembered as a peacemaker of people. A visitation will be held at Meadowbrook Funeral Home on Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. A memorial service will follow directly at 3:00pm.
