Obituary for Randy Jeffers Randy L. Jeffers, 66, of St. Albans passed away June 25, 2018. He was born September 21, 1951 in Charleston to Ida “Honey” Jeffers and the late George Jeffers. He is also preceded in death by his sisters Linda Hanna and Patricia Jeffers.

In addition to his mother, Randy is survived by his uncle Nial “Sonny” Davis and niece Olivia Hanna. A graveside service will be 2PM Friday, June 29, 2018 in Elk Hills Memorial Park, Big Chimney. Arrangements are in the care of Hafer Funeral Home, Elkview.
