Obituary for Raymond Harry Hawkins Raymond Harry Hawkins, 78, of Summerville, husband of the late Nina Hawkins, passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at his residence. Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Sunday, July 29, 2018 from 5 to 7 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Funeral service will be on Monday, July 30, 2018 at 2 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Plantation Memorial Gardens, 3345 S. Live Oak Drive, Moncks Corner, SC 29461. Flowers will be accepted. Raymond was born on October 1, 1939 in Beloit, Wisconsin, son of the late Charlie and Helen Hawkins.

He was a graduate of Beloit Memorial High School and then attended Palmer College and received his Associates Degree from Trident Technical College. He was a member of the National Rifle Association. Served in the US National Guard, US Navy and US Coast Guard Reserve.

Survivors include: two daughters: Robin Walker (John) of Mountain Home, ID and Beth Rauhof of Summerville; one son: Scott Hawkins of Summerville; seven grandchildren: Andrew Walker, Hunter Hawkins, Brason Rauhof, Alexis Walker, Marinna Ulmer, Izzabelle Rauhof and Naydene Rauhof. He was predeceased by one son: David Rauhof; two brothers: Charles Hawkins and Alvin Hawkins; and one sister: Dorothy May Hawkins.
