Obituary for Rebekah Sliva (Chase) Rebekah Anne (Chase) Sliva, 38, daughter of Terry and Louise Chase, passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2018. Rebekah was born on April 14, 1980. She grew up in Enfield, CT and was a graduate of Enfield High School.
Rebekah worked as an account manager in the insurance industry for many years. In her free time, she enjoyed solving puzzles, and hosting parties for family and friends. She will be remembered for her strong work ethic and her love of children and animals, but especially for her devotion to her family.
In addition to her parents, Rebekah is survived by her children, Robby (RJ), Hannah, Zachary and Aaron Sliva; her brothers, Terry Chase III and his wife Erin, and Timothy Chase; her aunts, Janine Spitzel, Laura Caouette, Madeleine Scher and her husband, Michael; her uncle Andre Caouette; and her nieces and nephews, Kathryn and Curtis, Abigail, Madison and Braelyn Chase. She was predeceased by her son, Kyle, and her uncles, William Spitzel, Michel Caouette, and Philip Caouette. Relatives and friends may join the family for visitation hours on Thursday, November 29, 2018 from 4 to 6 pm at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd, Enfield.
A memorial service will follow at 6 pm. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Connecticut Humane Society, 701 Russell Road, Newington CT 06111.
