Obituary for Rev. Earl J. Sanders Rev. Earl J. Sanders, 87, of Upton, passed away Thursday July 5, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family.

He was born a native of Hardin Co. and a member of Faith Missionary Baptist Church. He was a Baptist Minister for 66 years and was a Pastor to many churches in several states. He had a radio ministry, a hospital ministry and was a counselor to many.

He held countless revivals and helped in numerous others throughout his years. He loved his calling and spent his entire life devoted to the Lord’s work. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Archie Lee and Blanche Sanders, a Daughter, 1 Grandchild, 1 Great Grandchild, 1 Brother, and 2 Sisters.

He is survived by his loving Wife of 68 years, Elizabeth Sanders of Upton, KY. three children David E. (Mona) Sanders of Upton, KY, Daughter, Diane Sanders of Alabama, Son, Douglas (Gloria) Sanders of Glendale, KY, 10 Grandchildren, and 14 Great Grandchildren Funeral Services will be held Saturday July 7, 2018 1:00 pm at Center Point Missionary Baptist Church in Sonora, KY With Rev. Phillip Sallee officiating.

Burial will be held at the White Mills Community Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday 11:00 am to 9:00 pm or Saturday 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Center Point Missionary Baptist Church in Sonora. Condolences may be expressed on-line at www.
