Obituary for Revonda Jenkins Revonda Grey Webb Jenkins, 75, of 115 North Woodberry Ave. , Danville, VA, died on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at her residence after a decline in health for the past three years. Mrs. Jenkins was born in Rockingham County, NC, on July 14, 1942, a daughter of the late Frank Nesbitt Webb and the late Sally Mae Patterson Webb.

She spent most of her life in the Henry County area where she worked for DuPont Corporation. After her retirement, she moved to Danville in 2000. In her spare time, she loved reading, crocheting, and collecting teapots.

She was of the Baptist Faith. On November 7, 1986, she married, Michael Everette Jenkins, who died on September 19, 2015. She is survived by a daughter, Angela Gammons; a son, Wayne Price; four grandchildren, Jaime L. Mounts, Dana R. Payne, Autumn D. Price, and Logan W. Price; four great grandchildren; three brothers, William A. Webb, Daniel R. Webb, and Reverend Charles Webb; four sisters, Joan Evans, Janie Rieson, Mary Fox, and Patricia Walker; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by two brothers, Frank Webb and James S. Webb. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 12:00 PM at the Wrenn-Yeatts Westover Chapel with the Reverend Walter Yancey officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park, Martinsville, VA.

The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 7:00 – 8:30 PM at the Wrenn-Yeatts Westover Chapel and other times at the residence. Wrenn-Yeatts Westover Chapel is serving the Jenkins family.
