Born on July 21, 1964, in Schuylkill Haven, PA, to the late Barbara Jane Shollenberger (nee Tobash) and the late Richard Charles Shollenberger, Sr., passed away at age 53 on May 7, 2018 in Elmhurst, Illinois. Richard graduated from LCCC in 1985, Boston University in 1987, and the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1989. He served as a state appeals law clerk in Allentown, PA, and then became a managing partner at a law firm in Chicago, IL.

Richard was the loving husband of Christine O. Shollenberger and is survived by his sons, Victor and Calvin; brother, Jack Crawford Shollenberger; sisters, Cassandra S. Becker and Kim Ann Shollenberger; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends and family can pay their respects at visitation at Harding Funeral Home in Slatington on Saturday, Aug. 4th from 2-4 PM.
