Obituary for Richard “Dick” Reigart II Richard “Dick” Reigart II, age 88, of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina passed away Monday, June 25, 2018 at his home. Dick was born March 5, 1930 in York, Pennsylvania to the late Richard and Beatrice Reigart. He retired after 47 years of dedicated service from P.H. Glatfelter Co. in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania.

He was proud to serve his country as an engineer in the Army during the Korean War. Dick was a member of the Murrells Inlet Masonic Blue Lodge, the Elks Club of Murrells Inlet, the American Legion, Myrtle Beach Car Club, Chicora Car Club, Viking AA in York, PA, McSherry Town Home Association in Pennsylvania, and the Historical Society of Spring Grove. Dick is survived by his wife of 66 years, Eleanor Reigart; son, William E. Reigart, II and wife Nancy of Ridge Spring, SC; two daughters, Clare Ann Reigart and husband Robert Gauss of Georgetown, and Gretchen I. Stiner and husband Gene of Spring Grove, PA; 6 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
